Whether it’s your first day working in data governance for your organisation, or your initiative has been going for a few months, we’ll work together to get good foundations in place.

You will get:

  • Five licences for my online data governance course. This enables your Data Governance Team and colleagues, including Data Architects and Change Management Team, to get up to speed with key concepts and provides a clear pathway to follow

  • A Workshop Day each month where we work through what you need to focus on. This is tailored to you

  • A one-hour coaching call each month where we can talk through how you’re getting on. I will give you external validation of your approach and if you are stuck, I will guide you

  • An invitation to join two of my quarterly Data Governance Mastermind sessions to get additional support and to meet and learn from your peers in similar roles

If you need additional support during the 6 months, you can also get optional extras including: expert guest coaching sessions; Helping Hands where one of my associates will do some of the work for you; and email support for quick queries.
